Traditional Kitchen Renovation

2012 - Ditchling, East Sussex

Our Clients’ previous kitchen was a contemporary white gloss design. They felt that this was a very cold & unwelcoming room, that they didn’t enjoy spending time in. Tim suggested a traditional design, as this was more complimentary to the style of the house and he worked closely with them to create a warm & welcoming colour pallet. He also incorporated a warm oak floor with underfloor heating. This was designed & supplied by Design Interiors & fitted by our team at Evolt Electrical.

This large family, with children & grandchildren often visiting, wanted to have a designated dining space without feeling disconnected from the main kitchen. They wanted to make use of the space to offer a drinks area & provide extra work surface. Tim added some glass fronted cabinets to this area, to ensure the whole space connected & flowed as one.

Furnished brass accents on the handles & hot tap compliment the Farrow & Ball Studio Green cabinets, aswell as the walnut detailing to the furniture.
